Most people in transportation education come from one role. They packaged one lane of the business into a course and called it expertise.
That is not this.
Francesca has worked on both sides of the freight relationship — as a freight agent inside a brokerage and as a dispatcher for owner operators. She knows how loads get awarded, how carriers get evaluated, and what it actually takes to keep a small fleet moving.
Most people in this industry only ever see one side. She has seen both.
What she did with that view is build systems. Carrier onboarding. Dispatch workflows. Broker frameworks. Training processes. Not as a spectator — as the person who built it from scratch, iterated when it broke, and documented what worked.
