My name is Francesca Ford
While I would love to like to give you the standard story, of me starting out as a Virtual Assistant, I did not. Most of the time, this is how Operations Partners get their first client, through virtual assistance experience. I can say that I started out "thinking" I was a virtual assistant, but realized that the work I was doing was way more operational than that. It took months of niching down, being coached, and execution to finally find out what I really was. Light bulb moment!
When I started servicing clients, I noticed that the women I were attracting, wanted more than just basic administrative tasks. I begin to be take an interest in their vision and their frustrations, and it made me realize the value I could bring to the business.
Over my corporate career, I have managed teams and shifts in multi million dollar companies.
